Plastic Balls Manufacturer shares the method of glass ball inspection:
1. Measurement of uniformity (distance of disappearing stripes):
The medium alkali ball should not be larger than 27mm.
The non-alkali ball shall not be larger than 26mm.
2. Determination of secondary bubbling temperature:
Medium alkali glass ball should not be lower than 1065 ℃
Non-alkali glass ball should not be lower than 1055 ℃
After intrinsic quality inspection, any glass ball that meets various technical requirements such as chemical analysis, uniformity and secondary bubbling temperature measurement can be judged as a qualified ball.
