1. The Shore hardness of the sealing ring is 45-50 degrees, otherwise it will fail to explode. The layered side of the sealing ring should face the inside of the wiring cavity when wiring, otherwise it is incomplete (except for coal drills).
2. The width of the sealing ring is not less than 0.7 times the outer diameter of the cable and not less than 10mm.
3. There is a margin for compression of the nozzle, and a metal gasket is installed between the nozzle and the sealing ring.
4. The sealing ring is not damaged and must not be cut open for use. No other objects should be wrapped between the cable and the sealing ring.
5. The connection nozzles without cables are sealed and compressed with a sealing ring and a steel baffle with a thickness of not less than 2mm. The rubber seal is placed inside the steel baffle.
6. The size of the sealing ring must meet the following requirements, if one of them fails to meet the requirements, it is a loss of explosion:
A. If the outer diameter of the sealing ring is less than or equal to 20mm, the difference between the outer diameter of the sealing ring and the inner diameter of the wiring device is less than or equal to 1mm.
B. If the outer diameter of the sealing ring is less than 60mm or greater than 20mm, the difference between the outer diameter of the sealing ring and the inner diameter of the wiring device is less than or equal to 1.5mm.
C. If the outer diameter of the sealing ring is greater than 60mm, the difference between the outer diameter of the sealing ring and the inner diameter of the wiring device is less than or equal to 2mm.
D. The difference between the inner diameter of the sealing ring and the outer diameter of the cable is less than 1mm.
E. The thickness of the sealing ring is not less than 0.3 times the outer diameter of the cable (except for the 70mm2 cable) and not less than 4mm.
